 Born in Nancy (France), he lives in Paris surburbs.

During his adolescence, he has practiced fencing (3rd at French sword championship ).
In parallel to medical studies (5 years), he began physical theatre with Philippe GOUDARD. In 1975 he started his stage actor career performing with Michel MASSÉ and Théâtre-Groupe 4 Litres 12. Together they experimented an absurd, comic and physical theatre. He has also practiced contact-dance and aïkido.
 
Untill 1988 he has performed as a stage actor with 4 Litres 12 (7 performances including a successful European tour with 4 Litres 12 in concerto).
 
In 1989 he turned towards contemporary dance, working on movement and voice with the choreographer Georges APPAIX (8 dance shows like Basta). He also performed with Philippe DECOUFLÉ (for an outstanding international tour : Hong-Kong, Japan, Australia,... with Petites pièces montées), Mathilde MONNIER (2 dance shows including an international tour with Les lieux de là), Jérôme BEL (European tour with Jérôme Bel), Marco BERRETTINI, Pierre DROULERS, Takako SUZUKI (2010). 
 
In 1996 he reprised André Wilms solo role in Ou bien le débarquement désastreux directed by Heiner GOEBBELS. Then he was a narrator for contemporary music with DRAME MUSICAL INSTANTANÉ, ENSEMBLE ACCROCHE-NOTE (Georges Aperghis recital), Chris CUTLER, Jean-Luc THERMINARIASQUATUOR HÉLIOS, Maxime PASCAL and LE BALCON (2013).

In 1997 he was a stage actor with Jan LAUWERS / NEEDCOMPANY (French and English versions of Macbeth).Then, he mainly performed on stage with Jean LAMBERT-WILD (3 shows like Orgia) and with Alain BÉHAR (3 shows like Manège - 2007).

Since 2000, he has realized, alone or with partners, art performances inside museums (Fondation Cartier Paris, Carré d'Art Nîmes, MACBA Barcelona, MAC Marseille, Centre Pompidou Paris), in a park (Nîmes), on the beach (Marseille), in villages squares - with Tomàs ARAGAY - (Sant Mori/Catalonia, Dro/Italy), in a former industrial site (Marseille), in a night-club (Rome). In a performative way, he intervened in a François-Michel PESENTI's show and in 2 Hubert COLAS short productions.                                                                       
 
In 2011, he was a stage actor in an opera The nose, (Chostakovitch) directed by William KENTRIDGE, conductor Kazushi ONO. And in 2012 in Prometheus (Carl Orff)  directed by Lemi PONIFASIO, conductor Peter RUNDEL.

For cinema, he was a film actor in 2 full-lengths films (including A vendre by Laetitia MASSON) and appeared in films directed by Philippe HAREL (Les randonneurs) and by CARO-JEUNET (The city of lost children). For television, he took part in several programs for Canal + (L’oeil du cyclone). 
 
Since 1996, he has led pedagogic works based on interdisciplinarity . He taught movement, speaking and urban space performance practices (ESAD of Théâtre National de Strasbourg, Centre National des Arts du Cirque, E.X.ER.C.E – dance formation of Mathilde MONNIER -, RomaEuropa, Toulon and Saint-Denis/La Réunion Conservatoires, Evry-Courcouronnes EDT 91, CFA des comédiens Asnières-sur-Seine - 2014).

Since 2005, he has directed performative projects : a Henri MICHAUX play acted in loop inside an art gallery (Marseille), a scene of a Rainald GOETZ play (festival ActOral/Marseille), a first production with young circus artists (Lunel-South of France), a solo for a pregnant dancer (festival Dansem/Marseille).
